A Look at My Work

Good organization is easier to show than explain. Here you'll find sample projects I've created to demonstrate how I approach everyday virtual assistant tasks—from maintaining CRM records and coordinating schedules to researching information and tracking project progress.

These are practice projects using fictional data, designed to give you a closer look at how I work.

HubSpot CRM — Sample Workspace

I created this HubSpot practice project to explore how contact records, company information, and sales opportunities can be organized in one CRM system.

The workspace demonstrates contact and company associations, lead status updates, deal pipeline tracking, and follow-up activities.

Notion — Task & Project Management

I created this Notion workspace to demonstrate how I organize projects, assign priorities, monitor deadlines, and keep track of task progress in one place.

The sample dashboard includes task categories, due dates, status updates, and project assignments, making it easier to see what's completed, what's in progress, and what needs attention next.

Google Calendar — Scheduling & Coordination

I created this Google Calendar practice schedule to demonstrate how I organize a busy working week, coordinate meetings, and allocate time for different business priorities.

The sample includes team meetings, client follow-ups, planning sessions, administrative tasks, and dedicated work blocks. I used separate calendar colors to make different types of commitments easier to identify at a glance.

Tool: Google Calendar

Google Sheets — Lead Research & Data Organization

I created this research tracker to organize information about coaches and consultants based in Munich, Germany.

The spreadsheet brings together business names, websites, industry categories, publicly available contact details, social media profiles, and short business descriptions in one structured database.

This project demonstrates how I research potential business contacts, organize information, and create records that are easy to review and update.
